PhosAgro mines and processes two main types of raw material for the production of mineral fertilizers – apatite concentrate and ammonia. Due to its stable supply of raw materials and flexible production platform, PhosAgro can quickly reconfigure its production facilities to manufacture different types of fertilizer depending on market demand. As a vertically integrated company, PhosAgro is highly effective in managing costs throughout the value chain and benefits from the synergy of investing in the development of each of its business units.

CJSC PhosAgro AG is responsible for operational management of all PhosAgro business units. It oversees the production and business activities of OJSC Ammophos, OJSC Cherepovetsky Azot, CJSC Agro-Cherepovets, LLC Balakovo Mineral Fertilizers, OJSC Apatit and freight forwarding company LLC PhosAgro-Trans, аs well as the LLC PhosAgro-Region sales unit.
