Alexei Grigoryev1st Deputy CEO, CJSC PhosAgro AGSince 2011 Grigoryev has been working as the executive director of the management company CJSC PhosAgro AG. In 2007 he was appointed director of the St. Petersburg branch of CJSC PhosAgro AG and chairman of the board of directors of OJSC Apatit. He was referred from university to the city of Kirovsk to work at the Apatit production complex. He worked his way from excavator driver and mine master at the Eastern mine up to technical director at OJSC Apatit, in 2001 becoming the company`s head. As well as authoring and co-authoring several scientific publications, Grigoryev also has a number of inventions to his name. Grigoryev is a full member of the Academy of Mining Sciences. In 2007 he was elected to the Murmansk Regional Duma. Grigoryev graduated from the Plekhanov Leningrad Mining Institute specializing in the technology and mechanization of open pit mineral mining. |

In 1999 he joined PhosAgro and worked at OJSC NIUIF researching matters related to the analysis of trends in the global technology markets and high-capacity chemical products. Until 1998 he was a professor of the technology of non-organic substances. Levin graduated from the Mendeleev Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology, where he specialized in the technology of non-organic substances and chemical fertilizers. |

Alexander Sharabaika,CFO, CJSC PhosAgro AGAlexander Sharabaika was appointed CFO of the management company CJSC PhosAgro AG in 2012. Prior to joining PhosAgro, Alexander Sharabaika worked as head of Corporate Finance at Uralkali, where his responsibilities included regular participation in the company`s investor relations activities. Prior to the merger of Uralkali and Silvinit, Alexander was the CFO and a consultant to the Supervisory Board of Silvinit. From 2005 to 2010, he worked first as Head of Corporate Finance and then as CFO of Mineral Group. Alexander began his career in Belaruskali in 1998, and from 2003 to 2005 he was the deputy head of the Investment Department at Silvinit. He received a Bachelors of Economics with honours from the Belorussian Economic University, and completed an MBA in Finance from Nottingham University Business School. |
