Ivan Rodionov

Member of the Board of Directors of PJSC PhosAgro, Chairman of the Remuneration and Human Resources Committee

Ivan was born in Moscow in 1953. He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University. He served as Managing Director of AIG — Interros RSF Adviser LTD (2004–2006) and Managing Director/Director of the AIG-Brunswick Millennium Fund at AIG-Brunswick Capital Management (1997–2006).

From 2004 to 2018, he was a member of the Board of Directors of PJSC PhosAgro; from 2009 to 2021, a member of the Board of Directors of PJSC Investment Company IC Russ-Invest; and from 2014 to June 2022, a member of the Board of Directors of JSC AgroGard-Finance.

On 30 June 2022, he rejoined PhosAgro’s Board of Directors.

Doctor of Economics, Professor at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, and author of more than 40 books and some 550 articles on project financing, venture capital and the economics of information-related activities.
