Sergey Lobanov
General Director of the Balakovo branch of JSC Apatit
Born in 1970, Sergey graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Railway Engineers. He has been working at PhosAgro Group companies since 1993. Having begun his career in Cherepovets, at Ammophos (now JSC Apatit’s phosphate plant), he rose through the ranks from dispatcher to General Director of the enterprise.
From 2005 to 2019, he held the positions of Director of the Cherepovets office of LLC PhosAgro-Trans, advisor to the General Director of CJSC PhosAgro AG and other senior positions within the Company.
From 2019 to December 2023, he served first as Deputy Director and later as Director of the Volkhov branch of JSC Apatit.
In December 2023, he was appointed General Director of the Balakovo branch of JSC Apatit.
He has been awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
