Moscow – PhosAgro (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), one of the world’s leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers, announces that Chlodwig Enterprises Limited notified the Company on 18 January 2021 about the transfer of 21,014 PhosAgro shares and 93,562 global depositary receipts (GDRs) (based on a price of USD 42.96 per share and USD 14.18 per GDR) into the authorised capital of a subsidiary company.
