Moscow – PhosAgro (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), a leading global vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producer, announces that Vladimir Davydenko has been appointed as the Director of the Kirovsk Branch of PhosAgro AG and the CEO of Apatit.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Davydenko had been the First Deputy Director of the Kirovsk Branch of PhosAgro AG and First Deputy CEO of Apatit.
Vladimir Davydenko has held management positions at several of PhosAgro’s production facilities, including as head of the Y. V. Samiolov Scientific Research Institute for Fertilisers and Insectofungicides, and as CEO of Cherepovets Azot prior to its merger with Ammophos, which created PhosAgro-Cherepovets.
