Moscow – PhosAgro (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), one of the world’s leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers, reports that James Rogers, who is an Independent Director and the Chairman of the Nominations and Human Resources Committee on PhosAgro’s Board of Directors, has informed the Company that he purchased an additional 1,000 global depositary receipts ("GDRs") for PhosAgro shares.
James Rogers now owns 25,000 PhosAgro GDRs, equal to 0.0064% of the Company’s total share capital.
