Moscow – PhosAgro (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), one of the world’s leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers, reports that Jim Rogers, who was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors on 16 September 2014 as an Independent Director, has informed the Company that he owns 6,000 global depositary receipts (“GDRs”) for PhosAgro shares.
This amount of GDRs is equal to 0.0015% of PhosAgro’s total share capital.
