Moscow – PhosAgro (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), one of the world’s leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers, reports that Ivan Rodionov, who chairs the Risk Management Committee of the PhosAgro Board of Directors, has informed the Company that he purchased 3,488 PhosAgro shares.
Ivan Rodionov previously did not own any PhosAgro shares. With this acquisition he now holds shares equal to 0.0027% of the Company’s total share capital.
