Moscow – PhosAgro (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), one of the world’s leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers, reports that James Rogers, who was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors on 16 September 2014 as an Independent Director, has informed the Company that he purchased an additional 2,000 global depositary receipts (“GDRs”) for PhosAgro shares.
James Rogers now owns 20,000 PhosAgro GDRs, equal to 0,0051% of the Company’s total share capital.
