Moscow – PhosAgro (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), one of the world’s leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers, announces that an Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders (“EGM”) on 14 July 2015 approved the payment of a dividend of RUB 6.216 billion, or RUB 48 per share (RUB 16 per global depositary receipt).
The record date for eligibility to receive dividends was set as 25 July 2015.
The EGM also approved a number of related party transactions.
