- Andrey G. Guryev, Vice President of the Russian Union of Chemists
- Yuriy Krugovykh, Deputy CEO of PhosAgro
- Sven Ombudstvedt, Independent Director, CEO of Norske Skog
- Roman Osipov, Director of Business Development of PhosAgro
- Ivan Rodionov, Independent Director
- Marcus Rhodes, Independent Director
In connection with the change in the makeup of the PhosAgro Board of Directors, the Company’s free float has increased to 20.3%.
