The official signing ceremony was attended by Vice Premier and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Institutional Reforms in the Government of Belgium Steven Vanackere and Vice Minister President, Minister for Economy and Foreign Commerce in the Walloon Government Jean-Claude Marcourt.
The document was signed by PhosAgro CEO Maxim Volkov and Prayon S.A. CEO Yves Caprara.
The agreement aims to expand cooperation between the Russian and Belgian companies, which are long-term partners in energy efficiency and innovation, and promote advanced technologies in the production and deep processing of minerals and environmental protection.
