Moscow. 23 June, 2011. Sberbank of Russia and PhosAgro Group entered a long-term general cooperation agreement.
The ultimate goal of the agreement is to further enhance mutually beneficial partnership in the area of corporate loans and consumer loans to employees of PhosAgro, current operating financing, investment projects financing, financial instrument financing, GDR program related services, as well as, settlement and cash services.
During the ceremonial signing of the agreement management of both counterparties declared that PhosAgro Group and Sberbank of Russia are considered to be strategic partners and looking forward to long-term cooperation aimed at further development of the Group.
