PhosAgro Acquires 24% of Nordic Rus Holding Shares
Moscow – PhosAgro ("PhosAgro" or "the Company") (MICEX-RTS, LSE: PHOR), a leading global vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producer, announces that it has acquired 24% of the shares of CJSC Nordic Rus Holding for a total consideration of USD 31.76 million.
Nordic Rus Holding owns 7.73% of the authorised capital of OJSC Apatit (10.30% of ordinary shares). Nearly 75% of Nordic Rus Holding shares are owned by Phosint Limited, in which PhosAgro owns a 49% stake.
