PhosAgro (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), one of the world’s leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers, announces that its 2015 Integrated Report was named “Best Annual Report International” by the UK Investor Relations Society at the annual IR Society Best Practice Awards.
PhosAgro won against a wide field of international companies, whose entries are scored against criteria based on the IR Society’s guidelines for best practice in investor communications. Following scoring on both a quantitative and qualitative basis, with expert input from independent third parties, shortlists are submitted to a panel of judges drawn from users of annual reports and accounts.
The judging panel for 2016 was:
David Lloyd-Seed (Chair) – IR Society

Jessica Fries – The Prince's Accounting for Sustainability Project (A4S)
Tim Goodman – Hermes Investment Management
Sue Harding – FRC Financial Reporting Lab

Scott Payton – Bowen Craggs & Co
Giles Peel – DAC Beachcroft
Nigel Sleigh-Johnson – ICAEW
Peter Swabey – ICSA
Thomas Toomse-Smith – FRC Financial Reporting Lab
